What we do and what we do not claim
We repair and install plumbing for homes and small businesses in Solon and four nearby towns. We take emergency calls around the clock and book planned work for the daytime.
We are licensed and insured. We do not publish made-up numbers about years in business or jobs completed, and we do not invent reviews. If you want to verify a plumbing contractor in Ohio, the state runs a public license look-up through its eLicense site.
How we work with the City of Solon
Solon requires contractors to register with the Building Department each year and to show a current Ohio plumbing license. Water heater replacements need a plumbing permit under the city's residential permit guide. Ask us about the permit when you book a replacement.
The Building Department is in City Hall at 34200 Bainbridge Road, if you want to confirm anything yourself.
How a night call works here
When the phone rings after dark, a plumber answers. The first thing we ask is where the water is and whether you can reach the main shutoff, because stopping the flow is worth more than any tool we carry. If you cannot find the valve, we talk you through the usual places, such as where the line enters the basement or crawl space.
Next we sort the problem into two groups. Active water, sewage or a failed heater gets a crew sent as soon as the schedule allows. Anything that can safely wait, such as a slow drain or a running toilet, is booked for a daytime visit so you are not paying for urgency you do not need.
We will not tell you a crew is minutes away unless it is true. We do not publish arrival times, because traffic on Aurora Road, a storm night or a hard freeze can change them. We tell you what we know when you call.
What the site covers and where it stops
The service pages explain how each repair works and what changes the cost, without printing prices that would be wrong for your house. Cost depends on access, pipe condition, parts and time of day, so a clear price comes after we see or hear enough to give one.
The town pages cover Twinsburg, Aurora, Bedford Heights and Chagrin Falls. Each uses facts about that town, and where we could not confirm a fact, we left it out instead of guessing.
If you want to understand a problem before you call, start with the list of plumbing services. If you already know it is urgent, skip the reading and call.
What we ask of you in return
Tell us the truth about the problem, including what you already tried. A drain that was treated with a strong chemical cleaner needs different handling, and a water heater that was relit by hand needs a different check. Details save time on the phone and money on the bill.
Clear a path to the problem before we arrive when it is safe to do so. Move stored boxes away from a basement wall, and keep pets in another room. Small steps like these shorten the visit.
Standards behind the work
Ohio's 2024 plumbing code took effect on March 1, 2024, and Solon's code adopts the current Ohio Plumbing Code as amended by the state. Manufacturer instructions govern how each appliance is installed. We follow both, and we explain what we are doing as we go.
