Terms of Use

General information only

Pages on this site explain plumbing topics in general terms. They are not a diagnosis of your home. Conditions differ, and a licensed plumber must look at the problem in person.

Emergencies

If you smell gas or anyone is in danger, leave the building and call 911 first. Do not rely on this website in an emergency.

Accuracy

We work to keep information correct, including references to Solon, Cleveland Water and Ohio rules. Check with the relevant office before relying on a permit or code detail.

Links and changes

We may update these terms and the site at any time. Links to outside sites are for convenience and we do not control them.
